该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1、主导SOC/RFEE/PMIC类产品的ATE测试程序导入，实现Fab Release，完成测试厂的量产导入； 2、参与量产导入的良率提升、良率监控、程序升级等； 3、处理维护日常中的生产Hold Lot； 4、定期组织公司对应供应商/代工厂的稽核，确保工厂生产过程之稳定； 5、响应客户质量部门的客退分析诉求，协助质量部与测试厂沟通等。 任职要求: 1、本科以上学历，ATE测试岗5年以上工作经历，在design house有SOC/RFEE/PMIC等普通消费类芯片产品的测试程序导入经验； 2、使用过93K/Uflex/J750/Chroma/T5830等ATE测试设备中的1种及以上； 3、熟悉IC生产制造流程，熟悉CP/FT/SLT 测试流程； 4、能承受一定强度的出差。
