7.5T Driver

Work with us

Stapletons is one of the UK’s biggest tyre distributors—we know the value of driving. Joining us not only gets you the security of working for an industry front runner—you’ll also get the opportunity of premium rate overtime and great pay and benefits. Come and develop your career with a company that is committed to developing its people.

The Day to Day

The auto servicing businesses we supply get through a lot of tyres. It’ll be your job to deliver and unload them. Sometimes you’ll collect used tyres to return to the hub. Every drop-off will be an opportunity to build closer relationships with team members—there will be a bit of paperwork to complete, but it’ll mainly be you and the open road.

Who we’re looking for

As well as having a driving licence and DCPC, you’ll need to be up for loading and unloading tyres. We want to work with people who like a bit of a chat when they collect tyres and will muck in with their colleagues whenever needed.

The Perks

You’ll get an industry-leading benefits package, including:

• Discount at supermarkets and high street retailers
• 31 days’ holiday (based on 5-day week)
• Up to 50% off at Kwik Fit
• Wagestream – access your wages before payday
• Eyecare – free examinations and discounted/free glasses
• Easy-book appointments with a free online GP
• Cycle-to-work scheme
• Free mortgage advice
• Life assurance
• Employee Assistance Programme
• Enhanced paternity leave

Behind the scenes we’re central to the UK’s Automotive infrastructure, with 80+ years of industry experience. We’ve built an amazing business in that time – the strategic locations of our distribution hubs around the UK means we can supply various businesses same-day with a huge range of tyres. Did you know, 1 out of 3 tyres you see on the road are supplied by us? This is what makes Stapleton’s a great place to build your future.
