QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related business field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome but 1 -2 years of experience is a plus!
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and with exposure in using banking softwares
• Exhibit high numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Possess excellent organizational skills, time-management abilities, and effective communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Validate and reconcile data and reports from the new CMS and UAT.
• Review test cases related to ATM, CRM, and channel reconciliation
• Identify, document, and escalate operational exceptions and discrepancies.
• Handle inquiries and follow-ups regarding card processing and updated workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and support daily tasks using Microsoft Office (Excel).
