该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description Take full responsibility for service coordination of overseas on-site projects. Establish and maintain TCO database and generate monthly operation reports. Based on data analysis, proactively provide optimization recommendations to help customers reduce production costs, identify potential issues in a timely manner, and deliver effective solutions.

Lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance plans, striving to maximize the availability of customer site equipment, ensuring stable operation under high-intensity working conditions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site service at overseas Chinese customer projects, and maintain close communication with customers' production and equipment management team.

Oversee the establishment, skills training of overseas local service teams. Continuously enhance the team's resolution capabilities, strengthen communication and collaboration with Chinese customers, and optimize service processes to improve overall service efficiency.

Provide regular operation, maintenance, and repair training to customers' operators and maintenance personnel, so as to enhance their self-maintenance capabilities and improve equipment utilization efficiency.

Proactively identify and promote sales opportunities for service products (e.g., major overhauls, component repairs, technical consulting, etc.).

Assist customers in deploying Epiroc's digital upgrade solutions on site (e.g., remote monitoring, intelligent analytics, etc).

Strictly comply with the safety regulations of the host country and Epiroc's global safety standards. Organize and conduct on-site safety training, ensure zero safety incidents throughout the year, and foster a zero-injury working environment.

Conduct regular customer follow-ups, collect and feed back equipment improvement suggestions from overseas markets, drive internal continuous improvement in product quality and services, and enhance overall customer satisfaction in all aspects.

Experience Requirements： At least 5 years hands-on service experience and excellent problem-solving ability.

Capable of service operation, including cost control, inventory control and etc.

Service Product Related Experience Is Preferred. Experience of leading a team. Knowledge / Educational Requirements: University or college degree in mechanic engineering. Good at MS-office.
