What they need
工作职责 1、负责参与无线通信基带 IP 设计开发，涉及信道编解码、调制解调、信道估计、信号检测、DFE等 2、完成模块级结构设计，RTL实现以及相关验证工作 3、参与终端/基站系统的架构设计和SOC系统设计 4、参与分析和优化无线通信基带 IP PPA（Performance，Power，Area） 5、参与 FPGA 系统调试工作 6、参与芯片测试方案和支持芯片测试工作
任职要求 1、电子，通信或计算机等关联专业硕士及以上学历 2、5年以上相关工作经验 3、深入理解 ASIC 设计流程，具备RTL 设计经验 4、对无线通信算法有较深的理解，包括不限于4G/5G/IOT等 5、较强的英文读写能力及团队协作精神 6、具备以下任一经验者尤佳：熟悉SOC及系统架构，熟悉低功耗设计
