職責：

• 負責督導物業管理及客戶服務工作
• 編配屬下員工之工作與當值時間
• 培訓﹑監督及評核屬下員工，確保其工作表現達標
• 監察及指揮控制中心運作
• 處理客戶查詢及投訴
• 巡邏及記錄場內設施情況

要求：

• 具3年或以上主管級經驗者優先考慮
• 良好溝通能力，操流利粵語，略懂英語
• 具良好服務態度
• 懂一般電腦文書處理
• 需持有「保安人員許可證」及「認可保安訓練課程證書」
• 如持有效駕駛執照，駕駛紀錄良好，可獲優先考慮
• 需穿制服及輪班工作
