Duties:

• -Support/handle litigation of patent matters involving emerging and innovative technologies
• -Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions in federal court, the ITC, and/or the PTAB
• -Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
• -Participate in fact and expert discovery, including depositions
• -Preference given for experience with hearings, trials, and other proceedings

Skills:

• -1–8 years of experience with patent litigation and/or disputes
• -Undergrad and/or advanced degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering
• -Active license to practice law
• -Preference given for law school GPA of 3.5 or higher
