職責 :
- 監督大廈外公眾空間及停車場的日常營運及管理服務
- 統籌外判服務承辦商（包括保安、清潔、園藝及其他物業服務）的日常運作及服務質素
- 監察停車場營運及車輛通道運作，維持交通秩序及安全
工作要求：
- 中學程度，3年相關保安管理工作經驗
- 操流利粵語、略懂英語及普通話
- 懂讀寫中文報告及基本電腦操作
- 須獨立工作
- 需持有保安及護衛業委員會認可訓練課程證書(QAS)及已領取保安人員許可證(SPP)
