入職要求：
- 學歷及專業資格：
- 中三程度或以上
- 須持有『平安咭』及『註冊電工牌照 』A牌
資歷：
- 具備三至五年或以上相關大廈維修工作經驗優先考慮
- 熟識物業管理運作為佳
- 能操流利廣東話、略懂普通話
- 具備一般中文書寫能力，能閱讀一般英文更佳
