Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated "A" Level European Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. As an "A" Level Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, transmission, powertrain, suspension, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles with precision, including engine repairs (diesel and petrol), transmission system repairs, vehicle suspension system repairs, wheel alignments, and electrical system troubleshooting.
• Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to diagnose electrical faults and implement effective repair solutions.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, or replace components such as transmissions, powertrain parts, vehicle suspension systems, and electrical wiring.
• Follow schematics meticulously during repairs to ensure accuracy and compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Maintain detailed documentation of diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and service reports in accordance with dealership protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies including ADAS calibration procedures and new diagnostic techniques for European vehicles.

Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience as an automotive technician with a strong background in European vehicle repair.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics using industry-standard tools and software.
• Proficiency in interpreting automotive wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with ADAS systems calibration and troubleshooting.
• Mechanical knowledge covering engine repair (including diesel engines), transmission systems, vehicle suspension systems, and electrical components.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, alignment equipment, and other automotive service tools effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
• Familiarity with auto estimating software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Pay: $26.26 - $45.00 per hour
