A LEVEL TECHNICIAN

A-LEVEL-TECHS-YOU’RE PROBABLY UNDERPAID.

Let’s be honest…

If you’re an A-Level technician who knows what you’re doing, you shouldn’t have to spend your life fighting for hours, chasing cars, working Saturdays, or dealing with a shop culture that makes you hate coming to work.

That’s not how we do things at Hill’s Auto Repair in Bushwood, MD.

Our bays stay busy, our schedule stays full, and we have the customer volume to keep a talented technician turning hours. Here’s what’s in it for you:

• Real earning potential
• Plenty of work
• Quality equipment and a professional shop
• A team that gets along
• A culture built around doing good work – not shop drama
• WEEKENDS OFF
• And most importantly, a place where you can actually enjoy what you do.

We’re looking for an A-Level Technician who takes pride in their work, can diagnose instead of guess, and wants to make good money without sacrificing their entire life to the shop.

If you’re tired of hearing “there just aren’t enough hours” …

Come see what a busy shop with the right culture looks like.

If you’re an A-Tech and you’re confident in your skills, let’s talk.

You bring the talent.

We’ll bring the cars.
