QUALIFIED DRIVER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

Interworld Distributions Ltd is seeking a qualified, responsible, and experienced Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for company staff, goods, and materials while maintaining company vehicles in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company staff, goods, and materials to designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle and report faults promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and roadworthy.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Observe all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Demonstrate professionalism and good customer service when dealing with clients and suppliers.

Requirements

• Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Abuja roads and surrounding areas.
• Clean driving record with no history of reckless driving.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Physically fit, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or delivery services is an advantage.

Candidate Location Preference

Candidates residing in Kubwa, Dei-Dei, Gwarimpa, Dutse, and surrounding areas are highly preferred.
