A2 Audio Technicians Needed

Company:

• For over four decades NMR Events has been supplying high quality equipment and service at trade shows, corporate meetings, live events, and permanent installations to our customers around the world. With over 100,000 square feet of office and warehouse space, our six offices across the country allow us to deliver the tools for the success of our clients anywhere they need to be. We will train the right candidates in various skill and help provide paths for advancement.

Position:

• We are looking for organized, reliable, motivated individuals with entry level to intermediate computer audio experience to setup and support tradeshows and live events across the country. We provide both inhouse and outside training for advancement for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Test and configure wired and wireless sound systems, speakers, analog and digital mixers
• Setup, support, and strike computer and AV equipment at various corporate venues nationwide
• Work well with the rest of the team, we are a family oriented company

Required qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
• Much be able to travel
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must have a flexible schedule and able to work weekends, nights, early mornings, and have reliable transportation
• Clean DMV report and DOT physical needed as driving company vehicles might be required
• Strong desire to learn and not afraid of getting your hands dirty in the process
• Basic A/V and/or computer experience is ok (home computers, car stereos, home theater, etc.)

Preferred but not required qualifications:

• Ability to troubleshoot complicated video connections (splitting, switching, etc.)
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot complex wired and wireless computer networks
