该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 负责芯片量产阶段全流程质量管理，建立并维护量产质量规范、产线作业标准及控制计划 监控制造与封测环节质量数据，主导良率异常、客诉问题的根因分析与闭环改善 制定并管理量产相关技术文档（检验规范、SOP、良率/失效分析报告等），确保文档体系完整受控 负责供应商（Foundry/OSAT）质量稽核、绩效评估及质量异常推动改善 职位要求： 本科及以上学历，5年以上半导体行业量产质量管理经验，有算力/AI芯片背景优先 熟悉芯片量产全流程，掌握SPC、FMEA、8D等质量工具 具备产线规范制定及技术文档管理经验，能独立搭建量产文档体系 具备供应商质量管理经验，有跨部门及供应链沟通协调能力
