该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 1.主导「独角兽」轮及后续股权融资：材料、估值叙事、投资人关系全流程操盘 2.统筹项目融资、低息贷款与政府补贴的资金组合，支持两厂资金需求 3.统筹公司法律事务：融资与承购协议、公司治理、多主体架构合规、知识产权法务 4.牵头IPO利好/融资补贴/人才政策/形象四维度与主体设立，规划Operation及AI业务（目标90%） 5.透明度管理：定期向COS汇报 职位要求： 1.8年以上投融资经验，投行/PE/硬科技CFO背景 2.CFO潜能与IPO流程熟悉度（A股/港股/美股任一，最好有申报期经验） 3.法律专业背景或深度交易法律经验，可独立主导协议谈判 4.大额融资（累计10亿级）完整操盘案例 5.前期先在天津办公，后续在上海
