Job Description
- 協助整理員工訓練名單、課程資料、簽到紀錄及完訓資料，並維護相關電子檔案與文件。
- 協助辦理課程報名、通知及提醒，準備教材、名牌與課程用品，並彙整課後問卷及學員回饋。
- 協助操作教育訓練系統，進行受訓資料輸入、更新與核對，製作訓練統計報表及追蹤未完成課程名單。
- 協助聯繫各部門確認參訓名單與課程安排，處理課程異動、請假及補課等事項。
- 協助訓練文件歸檔、請款資料整理及訓練專案相關行政作業，完成主管交辦事項。
