该职位来源于猎聘 Role Position reports to Material Costing Manager and work with the suppliers to ensure all material costing standards, processes and policies are consistently applied in the cost breakdown and analysis for price negotiation to meet target margin requirements. Manage the suppliers to accomplish material CBD and price information accurately and timely. Being able to identify and evaluate reasonable CBD cost for processes, LOP costs by cost analysis. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning costing schedule and managing costing process within critical path dates.
• Validate and negotiate with suppliers on costs for assigned material category in support of brand product margin requirements. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to material costing. Utilizes material knowledge and cost analysis tools to achieve target costs and margins.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to identify opportunities for cost reduction and price to value product supporting brand growth.
• Ensures that concerns and challenges around material costing projects are reviewed and resolved by costing management.
• Make cost analysis and report correctly and timely. Build and maintain a price history by season to keep track for future season reference.
• Ensures that concerns and challenges around Costing projects are reviewed and resolved by Costing management.
• Build and create relationships with suppliers and Deckers’s key stakeholders to ensure the best possible product and material costing.
• Analyze complex data or situations, prioritize key issues, create insightful solutions to problems and ensure their proper execution. 5% Planning – Responsible for executing planning factory costing schedule to ensure on time delivery of costing critical path dates. 25% Reporting – Prepare detailed reports on cost analysis. Create, maintain and track reports. 20% Analysis / Enhancement Projects – Utilizes key knowledge and cost analysis tools to validate product cost including process, labor and overhead to achieve target cost and margin. 35% Standard Costing/ Negotiating – Execute and maintain cost standard for products. Work with factory partners to ensure the implementation of the cost standard policy. 10% Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost saving opportunities improving product margins and ensuring alignment on costing objectives. 10% Process Improvement/ Innovation – Verify standard operating procedures & Policies. Identify pain points for the level of responsibility. Education/Certifications:
• University degree or above Work Experience:
• 6 years of experience in textile product costing. Manufacturer experience is a must.
