A&W Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-manage the restaurant with Restaurant Manager
• Handle operations duties in FOH (hospitality) and BOH (kitchen)
• Coach and Mentor the team
• Manpower & Payroll Analysis
• Staff Training
• Forecasting & Marketing Plan
• Staffing/Planning work schedule
• Supervise Housekeeping & Inventory

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporeans/PR need to apply
• Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice
• Priority for relevant work experiences in similar capacity under quick casual restaurant/environment
• Ability to work under pressure in a multitask environment
• Posses valid food safety certification
