WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an A&W Crew Member, you’ll help us create a great experience for every guest by:

• Greeting customers with a smile and positive attitude
• Taking orders and operating the register
• Preparing and serving quality food and beverages
• Keeping the restaurant clean and organized
• Working alongside your teammates during busy shifts
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Providing excellent customer service

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Available for a variety of shifts, including lunches, dinners, weekends, and holidays as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should be able to lift approximately 30–40 lbs throughout a shift and be comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving regularly. Some duties may require working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers ranging from approximately 40°F to -10°F.

We’ll train you. If you bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, we’ll help with the rest.
