Jouw baan als Aankomend Leidinggevend Monteur Als aankomend leidinggevend monteur elektrotechniek ben je een ervaren monteur die klaar is voor de volgende stap. Je werkt mee op de bouw en bouwt stap voor stap aan je rol als leidinggevend monteur.

Je werkt zelf mee aan de elektrotechnische installaties en weet precies wat er speelt. Daardoor zie je snel waar het beter kan en pak je dat op. Ook help je (hulp)monteurs verder in hun werk. Je legt dingen uit op de werkvloer en helpt collega’s beter worden in het vak. Tegelijk leer je hoe je het team aanstuurt en overzicht houdt op een project.

Die stap maak je niet alleen. Met begeleiding op de werkvloer en opleidingen via de TVB Academy groei je stap voor stap door naar een rol waarin je zelfstandig een team aanstuurt.

Als aankomend leidinggevend monteur ga je aan de slag met:

• meewerken aan elektrotechnische installaties;
• (hulp)monteurs begeleiden en ondersteunen op de werkvloer;
• meekijken met planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van het werk;
• signaleren wat beter kan en meedenken in oplossingen;
• schakelen met je chefmonteur of uitvoerder.

Jouw werkplek Je komt te werken binnen de elektrotechnische projectteams van Terberg, waar je samenwerkt met monteurs, leidinggevend monteurs en projectleiders. In Utrecht zijn er vijf E-teams en in Rotterdam vier (waarvan één gecombineerd team). Je werkt aan projecten zoals zwembaden, sportcomplexen, distributiecentra, hotels, kantoorgebouwen, woontorens en monumentale panden. Elk team werkt aan projecten van verschillende grootte en duur. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en voorkeuren kijken we welk team en type werk het beste bij je past.

Je komt terecht in een team waar je op elkaar kunt bouwen. De sfeer is gezellig, spontaan en betrokken. Er is ruimte om samen te werken, elkaar te helpen en ook om te lachen. Naast het werk organiseren we regelmatig activiteiten, zoals borrels, barbecues, onze kerstmarkt en het TVB-feest. Zo leer je elkaar ook buiten het werk goed kennen.
