Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain Ab Initio components (Co>Operating System, GDE, Conduct>It, Control Center).
• Administer Ab Initio environments across Dev, QA, UAT and Production.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot Ab Initio batch and real-time jobs.
• Manage user access, roles and security policies.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database and application teams.
• Perform environment health checks, capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Support job scheduling, monitoring and restart processes.
• Handle production issues, root-cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Maintain system documentation and SOPs.
