ABA Behavior Interventionist (1:1)

Role: Behavior Interventionist 1:1, providing direct behavioral support to children and young adults in school and clinical environments.

Responsibilities Include

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collecting and recording behavioral data
• Reinforcing replacement skills to promote positive behavior
• Supporting students in classrooms and community settings
• Managing challenging behaviors safely and effectively
• Collaborating with BCBA supervisors, teachers, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training for professional development
