Pay Range: $20.00–$23.00/hour

Availability Requirements for this Job:

• Must be available to accept work between the times of 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Additional availability for weekends preferred, but not required

Position Overview

Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You’ll follow individualized programs developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of a 40-hour ABA training (required)

• Current CPR & First Aid certification (pediatric, with in-person skills check)
• Reliable transportation
• Clear background screening
• Smartphone with unlimited data access for documentation and communication
