What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional and skills-based assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Provide parent training and support
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical care
• Complete documentation and progress reports for funding sources

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience supervising home-based ABA programs
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA)
• Strong report writing and data analysis skills
• Passion for helping others learn and grow

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)

• $80,000 – $95,000 annually (dependent on experience, credentials, and availability)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs
• Services provided in-home, in-school, and in-community
• Travel between client locations required
• Reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursement provided, $.40 Mileage)
