ABA Case Manager / Client Relations Coordinator

We are looking for a personable and highly organized Case Manager to support a growing US-based ABA company. This is a client-facing role that requires regular communication with families, strong customer service skills and the ability to help staff and manage cases.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with families
• Coordinate and staff client cases
• Monitor scheduling and utilization of authorized hours
• Follow up with families and staff
• Help resolve scheduling and coverage issues
• Maintain strong relationships with families

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, case management or client relations experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident, friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with families over the phone
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• ABA or healthcare experience is highly preferred
