ABA Case Supervisor/Program Manager (Salinas) **PART-TIME***

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate ABA case supervisor/mid level to lead a dynamic team in providing exceptional services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of behavioral therapy and a passion for creating a supportive environment for our clients. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing medical records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise BT and support a diverse team of professionals providing behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis to clients (in person).

-Provide direct ABA therapy.

• Collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

-Provide parent training (via teleheath).

• Develop and implement data collection strategies to track client progress and evaluate program effectiveness.

• Provide direct support to clients using ABA strategies.

• Collaborate with staff (BCBA, caregivers, BT) members to create a positive and inclusive environment.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

• Participate in staff training and professional development activities.

• Manage and resolve conflicts or concerns in a fair and respectful manner.

• Maintain accurate records of client progress, including medical records, behavioral reports, and treatment plans.

• Participate in program planning and evaluation to continuously improve services and outcomes.

• For those pursuing BCBA/BCaBA, conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral therapy, psychology, special education, ABA masters or related field.

-Two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services.

• Experience working with children or adults with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in behavioral therapy, including applied behavior analysis.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working in ABA field and with developmental disabilities, as well as a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Skills:
