What they need

SALLYZ CENTER FOR AUTISM is looking for an experienced, energetic, fun, organized, analytical, and driven professional to join our team at our clinical, center-based ABA facility serving children with autism in South Windsor, Connecticut.

The right candidate will be a natural self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is smart, dependable, team-oriented, growth-oriented, and highly analytical. The ideal candidate will know how to make the work environment fun while maintaining professionalism.

Because we are a clinical center providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism, this role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and interacting with children, families, and clinical staff. Previous experience in an ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, educational, or similar clinical setting is a plus.

Having an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification is a bonus! While this is primarily an administrative and operational leadership position, there will be times when the individual in this role may be needed to step in and provide direct support to clients or fill in with client programming alongside our clinical team. An RBT certification and/or direct experience working with children with autism is therefore highly valued.

Experience with CentralReach is also a bonus, but is not required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable learning new systems and technology and have the ability to quickly understand and utilize scheduling, billing, and clinical software.

This position requires someone who is highly analytical and able to look at the big picture while also paying close attention to the details. A major component of this role is analyzing staff and client schedules, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and finding creative solutions to maximize the use of available staff and clinical hours. The ideal candidate will be able to recognize scheduling patterns, identify opportunities for improvement, and build schedules that are as efficient and productive as possible while still meeting the needs of clients and clinical staff.

This position is not just a job—it is an opportunity to grow with a team that is passionate about the role we play in the services we provide. Being able to maintain a positive, supportive, and inviting work culture is essential for this role.
