ABA Clinical Lead – EIDBI Level 1

Unity Center LLC is seeking an ABA Clinical Lead to support behavior technicians and help ensure consistent, high-quality care for children with autism and related conditions.

Working under our QSP/BCBA’s direction, you will observe sessions, coach staff, review documentation, and help ensure accurate data collection and treatment implementation. This in-person position includes direct clinical services and dedicated paid time for staff support.

Duties

• Observe sessions and support staff in following individualized treatment plans.
• Coach behavior technicians through modeling, practice, and constructive feedback.
• Check that assigned programs are implemented correctly and data is collected accurately during sessions.
• Review session notes for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with documented services.
• Follow up on late or incomplete notes and support same-day documentation.
• Help onboard new staff and identify ongoing training needs.
• Review learner progress and communicate concerns or recommendations to the QSP/BCBA.
• Assist with assessments and treatment-plan updates as assigned, within your qualifications and under the QSP/BCBA’s direction.
• Provide direct therapy and clinically appropriate observation and direction as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and respectful, safe care.

Requirements

• Must meet current Minnesota EIDBI Level 1 provider qualifications; education, experience, and credentials will be verified during hiring.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or related conditions.
• Strong understanding of treatment implementation, data collection, and clinical documentation.
• Ability to coach staff, communicate clearly, and follow through on concerns.
• Strong organizational skills and reliable attendance.
• Previous leadership, mentoring, or staff-training experience preferred.
• Motivity experience preferred.
• Must complete required background screening and training.

Schedule and Setting

Approximately 30 hours per week, combining clinical services with paid staff-support and administrative time. Work is performed in person at our center and in clients’ homes.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
