As a Program Supervisor, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while working alongside experienced BCBAs to create meaningful change for children and families. You’ll mentor Behavior Therapists, support individualized treatment programs, and continue building the clinical and supervisory skills needed for long-term success in the field.
This is more than a stepping-stone role—it’s an opportunity to grow into the clinician and leader you’re working toward becoming.
What You’ll Do

- Lead engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with client goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reporting
- Partner closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client success
Who We’re Looking For
