Position: ABA Student Analyst (Pursuing BCBA)
Schedule: Part-Time, Afterschool Hours
Setting: Center-Based Afterschool Social Skills Program

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ABA Student Analyst (Pursuing BCBA) to support our afterschool social skills groups. This is a hands-on clinical role for a graduate student who enjoys working directly with children and helping them build meaningful social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive group setting.

Responsibilities

• Directly support children participating in afterschool social skills groups.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement engaging, evidence-based social skills activities tailored to each learner’s individual needs and treatment goals.
• Teach skills including communication, conversation, perspective-taking, emotional regulation, problem-solving, flexibility, cooperation, and peer interaction.
• Support data collection and implementation of individualized treatment goals within the group setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, ethical, professional, and payer requirements.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can have fun while developing meaningful social skills with peers.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing BCBA certification and expected to sit for the BCBA examination within approximately 9 months.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children and/or adolescents.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based approaches to social skills instruction.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable providing direct, hands-on clinical support within a group setting alongside BCBAs.
• Passion for helping children develop confidence, independence, and meaningful peer relationships.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
