ABA Therapist / Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist

Lexibridge Therapy Center FZ-LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work directly with children to support their behavioral, communication, social, and developmental goals through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide one-to-one ABA therapy sessions for children based on individualized treatment plans.

* Implement behavioral intervention programs under the guidance of a qualified supervisor or behavior analyst.

* Support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and learning skills.

* Collect and accurately record therapy and behavioral data during sessions.

* Monitor children's progress and report observations to the supervising therapist/behavior analyst.

* Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based behavioral techniques.

* Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging therapy environment.

* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals when required.

* Participate in team meetings, training, and case discussions.

* Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

* Follow the center's professional, ethical, and safeguarding guidelines.

Experience

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and training may also be considered.
