Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual ABA therapy sessions with clients in various settings, including homes and within the community
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and track client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation
• Collaborate with families and school staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
