ABA Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated ABA Therapist to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. The ABA Therapist will work one-on-one with clients to implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

part time 30 hours a week, monday to friday.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Follow ethical guidelines and company policies
• Attend required training and supervision sessions

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field,
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
