We’re hiring Clinical Associates (ABA Technicians) across Orange County , perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA.

What You’ll Do

• Provide ABA services in the school & clinic settings

• Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision

• Assist with assessments and data collection

• Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills

• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches

• Travel locally for placements (within reasonable driving distance)

Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation & valid ID

• Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)

• Passion for helping others learn and grow

Schedule:

• Part Time positions available and can lead into Full - Time !
• Average of 30 hours over 60 days will lead into Full - Time status. (Must also maintain average to keep status)
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (varies based on client needs).

Service Locations:

• Primary service areas: Orange County, CA
• Travel required within the assigned region for in-home, in-clinic, and school district based services.
