Fabric Technician

• Due to continued growth and exciting new contract wins, we're looking for a skilled Fabric Technician to join our expanding team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. You'll play a key role in delivering small works projects, building repairs, and planned improvements across a portfolio of client sites. From carpentry and fabric maintenance to minor plumbing and general building works, you'll help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Electrical Bias Engineer

• As a result of significant new contract wins, we're seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Engineer to support the delivery of electrical projects and specialist works across our expanding client portfolio. You'll be responsible for electrical installations, upgrades, fault finding, and maintenance activities, ensuring critical systems remain safe, compliant, and operational. A/C Engineer

• With several new contracts on the horizon, we're looking for an experienced A/C Engineer to strengthen our growing engineering team and support the delivery of small works projects across commercial environments. You'll work on a range of HVAC systems, including split units, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, and air handling units, carrying out installations, maintenance, and improvement works. This role offers plenty of variety, autonomy, and opportunities to develop your technical expertise. Hours

• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 5pm
• On-Call schedule available

Vehicle & fuel card provided for all roles!

Qualifications / Experience

• 18th Edition OR F-Gas OR Joinery / Carpentry qualification.
• Strong FM background with knowledge of small project works.
• Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities.
