ABM Key Accounts

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the medical devices & equipment industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide technical support to customers to ensure successful adoption of our products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 4-21 years of experience in medical device or surgical sales, critical care sales, or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices & equipment industry trends, technologies, and regulations (e.g., FDA).
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving skills.
