Job Title: HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process and identify suitable candidates for different job openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Explain job roles, salary, and interview details to candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and joining.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle phone calls and follow-ups
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Experience: Freshers can apply; recruitment experience is an advantage.

Qualification: Any degree / MBA HR or equivalent.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dharapuram, Tamil Nadu
