What they need
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall project planning, co-ordination and works progress monitoring;
- The assurance of the execution of works in accordance with the proper procedures and methods;
- Sub-contractor management;
- Assist inspection/testing and quality control;
- Assist in material control and management;
- Safety and environmental issues;
- Site record.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Higher certificate holder or above in related discipline;
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in building works at main contractor;
- Familiar with skills in ABWF projects;
- Experience in MTR project is highly preferable.
