AC & Maintenance Technician

The primary responsibility of the AC & Maintenance Technician is to provide expert-level diagnostic, repair, and preventative maintenance for all air conditioning units across our properties in Dubai, while also supporting general handyman and property maintenance duties. We are looking for a highly specialized, top-tier AC professional capable of independently resolving complex cooling issues, who is also versatile enough to handle day-to-day property maintenance requirements.

This role requires absolute honesty and transparency in communication, ensuring that guests and management are given accurate assessments and realistic repair timelines for both HVAC and general maintenance issues.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on various types of air conditioning systems (split units, ducted, central ACs, etc.) across high-end residential apartments.
• Accurately diagnose root causes of persistent AC failures and implement permanent solutions rather than temporary fixes.
• Carry out general property maintenance, including basic plumbing repairs, light electrical troubleshooting, and minor carpentry/appliance repairs to support daily operations.
• Provide transparent, realistic, and honest updates to property management and guests regarding repair timelines; absolutely no unverified commitments or false assurances.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on all HVAC units and general property assets to ensure peak operational readiness before guest check-ins.
• Respond urgently to emergency maintenance requests, prioritizing guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe toolkits and work sites; adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in Dubai.
• Provide cross-departmental support for Housekeeping and Operations during peak periods or when operational needs arise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-5 years of specialized, hands-on experience as an AC/HVAC Technician in UAE, preferably in hospitality or residential property management.
• Exceptional diagnostic skills with a proven track record of solving complex AC problems.
• Strong practical knowledge of general maintenance, basic plumbing, and light electrical work.
• Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to manage guest expectations honestly and professionally.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and flexible with working hours and shifts to handle emergency breakdowns.
• Willingness to assist across departments and support general operational needs when required.
• A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
