A/C and Refrigeration Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of the hotel’s air-conditioning, refrigeration, and cooling systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots equipment faults, responds to maintenance requests, and ensures all systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Maintains tools and equipment, follows hotel safety standards, and supports the Engineering Department in providing a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a A/C and Refrigeration Technician, preferably in hotels, resorts, or commercial buildings
• Diploma or certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in A/C and refrigeration maintenance, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, cold rooms, refrigerators, and other refrigeration equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment used in HVAC maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and proper refrigerant handling.
• Ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit, reliable, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and hotel service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
