What’s in It for You?

At FläktGroup , we’re looking for an AC Improver based in London to assist Field Service Engineers daily to obtain field experience and knowledge, travelling to multiple sites across the region, assisting them in the general maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop effective communication skills when working with customers and colleagues.
• Follow company Health & Safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Be flexible with working hours, including overtime when required.
• Attend customer sites as directed, providing technical support and assisting with engineering activities,
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Complete service records and timesheets accurately and submit them on time.
• Develop air conditioning knowledge in line with the training plan.
• Self-develop for improvement with learning at college and self-learning.

🧠 What You Bring

• Full, clean driving license
• F-Gas Qualification 2079 or equivalent
• Level 2 City and Guilds in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Experience working with Air Conditioning systems
• Fault-finding knowledge of Close Control VRV, VRF, Chillers and Splits
• Exposure to Air Handling Units
• Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check as required by the company
• Able to work independently and use own initiative
