Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Installation, Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

This is a varied role covering new installations, planned preventative maintenance, servicing, commissioning, fault finding and repairs across both domestic and commercial properties.

We are looking for someone who is confident carrying out installation work as well as diagnosing faults and maintaining existing systems to a high standard.

  • Advising customers on system operation, performance and potential improvements
  • Ensuring all installations and maintenance works comply with current legislation, manufacturer requirements and company standards
  • Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you will have:

  • Around 3 years or more experience within the HVAC industry
  • F-Gas Category 1 Qualification

  • Manufacturer training with brands such as Samsung, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Panasonic, Vaillant or similar
  • Experience with renewable heating and ventilation technologies
  • Experience installing VRF, VRV and multi-split systems
  • Experience commissioning HVAC equipment

Don't Have Every Qualification?

We are interested in finding the right person, not simply someone who ticks every box.

If you have strong practical experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, heating or electrical work but do not currently hold every qualification listed above, we would still be happy to hear from you.

For the right candidate, we are willing to invest in further training, qualifications and manufacturer courses to help you develop your skills and progress within the business.
