Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ITI Electrical Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in AC servicing and maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of air-conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of AC systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units.
• Handle split AC, window AC, cassette AC, ductable AC, and other HVAC equipment.
• Check and troubleshoot compressors, capacitors, contactors, relays, motors, thermostats, and control circuits.
• Perform refrigerant gas charging, recovery, leak testing, and pressure checking.
• Inspect electrical wiring, connections, MCBs, isolators, and control panels.
• Attend breakdown calls and complete repairs within the required time.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and maintain service records.
• Ensure safe use of tools, electrical equipment, and refrigerants.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance work, spare parts, and equipment condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance team members when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of AC electrical circuits and troubleshooting.
• Good practical knowledge of AC servicing and maintenance.
• Ability to use electrical and HVAC testing instruments.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and gas charging.

Eligibility

• ITI qualification in Electrical / RAC / HVAC or a related trade.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AC servicing and maintenance.
• Experience with commercial/residential AC systems will be preferred.
• Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work on-site and during emergency breakdowns when required.
