A/C Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC / AC Technician to join our maintenance and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various air conditioning and ventilation systems (FCU, AHU, Split AC, Package Units, and Chillers) across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC/AC equipment including Split, Duct Split, Central, Package Units, FCUs, and AHUs.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems and perform troubleshooting.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, including filter cleaning, coil washing, belt replacement, and gas charging (R22, R410A, R134A).
• Inspect, repair, and replace compressors, fan motors, thermostats, expansion valves, and control boards.
• Check refrigerant piping, perform leak tests, brazing/soldering, and vacuum flushing.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and complete work orders on time.
• Ensure all works comply with safety standards, local regulations, and company guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Technical Diploma or ITI / Vocational Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (HVAC).
• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on AC technician experience in the UAE / Gulf region.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both electrical controls and mechanical components of AC units.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and HVAC schematics.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
