A/C Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of air-conditioning systems, including split AC, window AC, and package units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient and reliable operation of HVAC equipment.
• Clean AC filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, and drain trays.
• Inspect and clean AC drainage systems to prevent water leakage and blockages.
• Check refrigerant levels, identify gas leaks, and carry out refrigerant charging when required.
• Inspect and repair AC components such as compressors, fan motors, capacitors, thermostats, and contactors.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in air-conditioning systems, including wiring, control circuits, and electrical connections.
• Inspect and maintain AC thermostats and temperature control systems.
• Identify and resolve cooling issues, unusual noises, water leakage, and airflow problems.
• Carry out AC installation, dismantling, replacement, and relocation as required.
• Inspect ductwork, air vents, and air distribution systems for blockages or performance issues.
• Perform regular site inspections and recommend necessary maintenance or replacement of faulty components.
• Respond to emergency AC breakdowns and customer maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance checklists, and job completion reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding daily schedules, spare parts, and maintenance requirements.
• Follow company safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing maintenance work.
• Maintain tools and equipment properly and ensure professional service delivery at residential and commercial sites.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in AC maintenance and HVAC servicing.
• Practical knowledge of split AC, package units, and other common air-conditioning systems.
• Hands-on experience in AC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of AC electrical components, refrigerant charging, and drainage systems.
• Ability to identify faults and perform maintenance and repairs independently.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude toward customers and team members.
• Cancelled visa or visit visa candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiner required.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
