AC Technician – Dubai, UAE (GCC Experience Preferred)

Job Description

We are hiring AC Technicians for MEP construction projects in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing, testing, and repairing air-conditioning and HVAC systems according to project requirements.

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Previous GCC experience is preferred. Applicants should have basic technical knowledge of AC systems, the ability to diagnose faults, and a commitment to maintaining safe and efficient system operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install air-conditioning units, HVAC equipment, ducting components, and related accessories as per project requirements.
• Perform routine AC servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in air-conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot cooling problems, refrigerant-related issues, and equipment malfunctions.
• Inspect AC units, compressors, condensers, evaporators, filters, and other components.
• Carry out testing to ensure proper and efficient operation of HVAC systems.
• Assist with installation and maintenance work at MEP construction sites.
• Follow technical drawings, supervisor instructions, and site safety procedures.
• Maintain tools and equipment properly.
• Report technical issues and completed work to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace safety standards and project quality requirements.

Job Requirements

• SSLC or Diploma qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in AC or HVAC installation, servicing, and maintenance.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of air-conditioning systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work at construction and project sites.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.

Salary and Benefits
