Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing air conditioning and HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split AC, ducted AC, and other HVAC units.
• Perform routine AC servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.
• Inspect and repair compressors, thermostats, motors, fan coils, and other AC components.
• Check refrigerant levels, identify leaks, and perform gas charging when required.
• Clean air filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, and drainage lines.
• Inspect and repair AC drainage systems and resolve water leakage issues.
• Perform electrical wiring, connections, and basic control system troubleshooting related to AC units.
• Carry out installation, replacement, and commissioning of AC equipment.
• Attend maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns at residential and commercial sites.
• Complete service reports and update supervisors on work progress.
• Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and safe working environment.
• Previous experience as an AC Technician in the UAE or a similar market.
• Technical knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair AC electrical and mechanical faults.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling, AC installation, and preventive maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• ITI, diploma, or technical certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field is preferred.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
