Academic advisor

Your main responsibilities: Welcoming, advising, and guiding students and their parents. Analyzing profiles and assessing their eligibility for different programs. Presenting and promoting study abroad programs. Prospecting, processing leads, and ensuring sales follow-up. Supporting students with their admissions process. Preparing, verifying, and monitoring Campus France and visa applications. Preparing students for university and Campus France interviews. Scheduling necessary appointments: TCF, IELTS, visa, etc. Advising students on guarantors, financial documentation, and accommodation options.

Dynamic, organized, commercially minded, and customer-focused, capable of simultaneously managing student relationships and the administrative follow-up of their files. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Good level of English. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong sales acumen and persuasive abilities. Customer service oriented and a good listener. Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously. Proficient in computer and office software. Comfortable with social media and on camera. Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven. Ability to work in a team and adhere to internal procedures.
