Academic Advisor (Admissions)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospective students' enquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Counsel prospective students on our programs, admissions process, and career benefits.
• Manage the complete admissions cycle, from lead generation to successful enrolment.
• Achieve monthly enrolment targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Plan and implement strategies to improve admissions and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in education admissions, student counselling, or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving enrolment or sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, internet applications, and e-learning platforms.
• Candidates based in Thiruvananthapuram or willing to relocate.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
• Commute/Relocation: Candidates should be able to commute reliably or relocate before joining.
