Job Description:

We are looking for an Academic Advisor to ensure a smooth academic journey for students from admission to program completion. The role involves student counselling, academic support, query resolution, and improving student satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic and administrative queries.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Track student progress, assignments, project submissions, and academic deadlines.
• Coordinate with university departments to resolve student queries within the defined TAT.
• Support student re-registration and program completion.
• Maintain student records, update MIS, and prepare reports.
• Identify and escalate issues while ensuring high student satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Management, Commerce, Journalism, IT, or Computer Applications.
• 1-4 years of experience in academics or student counselling.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of university academic processes, CRM/ticketing tools, and MS Excel.
• Experience in inbound and outbound calling preferred.
• Willingness to work on weekends on a rotational basis.
